Have you ever wanted to take flight and surf on some air? Arm balancing is a playful way to approach your yoga practice. These postures can look challenging from an outside perspective, but don’t overthink it! Kyle House, owner of our local Kyle House Fitness studio, will be your flight attendant on this arm balancing journey. Have no fear. Kyle is great at breaking down the mechanics of the muscles and manipulating your own body to create the proper counterbalance finding the ease within the strength. Expect to go over some of the fundamental arm balances such as crow and crane pose then breaking down some of the preparatory poses to take flight into side crow, floating pigeon, grasshopper, and firefly.
